- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. I was greeted with 'hello, name, go sit down there'. It was only once I settled into a chair that I was approached again: ' need your emergency contact details and where is your Medicare card'. No apology for the abruptness nor for the attitude. I wasn't aware that it was my responsibility to double ensure that my Medicare card or any other details had been checked, whilst I was standing at the reception. I decided to cancel my appointment.
